| Operating with a new woodwaste burner, the Woodwaste Control system extracts waste from a new Macmazza beamsaw supplied by RW Machines and a chipper line that have been installed. The Woodwaste ducting system extracts waste from both units through a WFS2J13 silo filter to feed the burner, and then directs the heated air produced through the factory in winter. |

| Watford Timber's Peter Thorn said: "This important investment in the new beamsaw will increase our flexibility and efficiency by enabling us to cut large MDF sheets into the different sized strips we need to produce MDF mouldings".
"Its introduction, together with the new chipper line and woodburner, presented a complex set of extraction problems which Woodwaste Control solved superbly. They were very much involved in bringing the whole project together and were as efficient and helpful during this installation as when they installed our main system in 1995."
